The hotel is compact but fit for purpose, along the corridor, and would benefit from a bigger ensuite. The team was prompt in topping up the tea-making facilities upon request. The service is very nice and friendly. I would have appreciated milk for tea and coffee, and a clearer explanation regarding the bed setup. The location is very central and bustling, close to shops, landmarks, and the main train station, although it may not be ideal for business travelers seeking quiet sleep. The dining experience is really good, offering a comfortable and cheap breakfast with great service. The facilities are adequate for a pleasant stay, offering dry cleaning, laundry, and pet amenities.
